How We Got Here

Backwoods Building & Maintenance was born right here in Muskoka in 2019.

I had been working under some legendary carpenters for almost a decade when I decided it was time to take the leap and go it alone.

Fast forward and we are building timberframes, custom outdoor spaces, renovation existing cottages and building new structures from the ground up.
